Draughtsman 2D (Ref – DM07)


The Draughtsman will work closely with the Marketing & Sales team to support creative design and execution of technical design for production.

  • High ability to understand/integrate Industrial/Production constraints.
  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies IS A MUST.
  • 2D Design.


This position is very hands on and you need to know how to build things and organise workflow and materials. You will be managing multiple teams of workers in various trades like woodworking, welding, airbrush painting, large format printing, CNC routing, Laser cutting. Excellent team management skills are essential.

You need to be a fast thinker with good problem solving skills and need to share our passion for quality, details, output and finish throughout the workshop.


  • Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labour allocation for day to day operations.
  • Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.
  • Ensure supplies are ordered for each job.
  • Assist with quoting, project management, materials purchasing and quality checks.
  • Provide oversight and check job estimates.
  • Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the Director/Project Manager. Report on manpower overruns or shortfalls.
  • Act as a technical adviser on key projects and other areas of the business as requested.
  • Work with the Director/Sales Team/Project Manager to respond to client’s requests for updates on the status of their jobs and keep the communication channels open to ensure information is accurate.
  • Work with the Management & Sales team to investigate customer complaints and concerns arising from products and suggest appropriate solutions. Discuss with team to identify appropriate course of action.
  • Develop and implement systems to record, file and store information pertaining to client enquiries.

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR (Laser, Plasma, Router & Printing) (Ref – CNO11)

CNC Operator should be computer literate, and at ease with Photoshop or Adobe illustrator. Cutting/engraving on acrylic, PVC, wood, metal, aluminum, ACP, copper, stainless steel, etc.


  • Proven minimum of 3 to 5 years work as CNC machine operator.
  • Previous experience with a router and/or engraver is a plus.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Previous CNC programming and operating experience.
  • Technically minded.
  • CAD experience.
  • Read from drawings/plans.
  • Program and operate CNC machine.
  • Certificate of character of less than 6 month.


Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom. Receive, unload, shelve supplies and perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing and labeling supplies. Regular inventory of the store equipment and inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping. Control all stock movements (In and Out).


  • Proven minimum of 3 to 5 years work as storekeeper or similar role.
  • Holder of a valid driving license.
  • Proactive.
  • Good communication skills.


Assist the Project Manager in all elements of the production from start to finish for each assigned project. Plans and schedules production orders based on established priorities and the availability of required materials and capacity. Coordinate with the manufacturing floor to actively manage the production schedule. Monitors quality, service, and delivery issues and issues corrective actions as needed. Coordinate material delivery with inventory to support manufacturing schedule. May examine material delivered to production to verify conformance to specifications.


  • Proven minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience as a Planning coordinator or similar role.
  • Sign industry and construction industry experience preferred and a big plus.
  • Plans and schedules production orders based on established priorities and the availability of required materials and capacity.
  • Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet date according to sales forecasts and customer orders.
  • Coordinates with the manufacturing floor to actively manage the production schedule.
  • Performs system transactions to report movement of material between manufacturing operations and into finished goods. Monitors daily progress of manufacturing orders. Monitors quality, service, and delivery issues and issues corrective actions as needed.
  • Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedule to meet unforeseen conditions.


Sales assistant provides administrative support to Sales Executive/Sales Manager. Responsible for coding all invoices, check requests and purchase orders going out of the department. Ensure that deadlines are respected and high quality of work is done. Maintains online sales file cabinet to ensure all contracts, deposits and credit applications are on file. Present a positive company image through all phases of public and/or customer interaction.


  • Proven minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience as sales coordinator.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Proficiency in English & French.

We are looking for a reliable Accounts clerk/Debt collector. You will be required to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. You will as well be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible.

This position can be challenging and will require to work within tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are extremely useful to succeed in this task.


  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
  • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
  • Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
