Job Offer: Outdoor Sales Representative

Are you a high-energy "hunter" who loves being out in the field rather than stuck behind a desk? Cutout Ltd. is a provider of signage solutions, and we are looking for a dynamic Outdoor Sales Representative to drive our business growth. You will be the face of our brand, walking into businesses, meeting project managers on construction sites, and helping clients turn their physical spaces into powerful marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

Field Prospecting: Identify and visit potential clients (retail stores, corporate offices, construction sites, and hospitality venues) to pitch our signage services.
Site Surveys: Visit client locations to take basic measurements, assess installation surfaces, and understand the technical requirements of a project.
Consultative Selling: Guide clients through material choices (PVC, acrylic, vinyl, aluminium, metal, etc) and design options that fit their brand and budget.
Project Liaison: Work closely with our in-house design and production teams to ensure client specifications are met from concept to installation.
Relationship Management: Build a pipeline of recurring business through architects, interior designers, and property developers.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 2+ years in outdoor sales (experience in signage, printing, construction, or advertising is a major plus).
Technical Aptitude: Ability to read basic floor plans and use a measuring tape accurately.
Mobility: A valid driver’s license and a willingness to spend 70-80% of your time on the road.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with business owners and site managers.
Drive: A self-starter who is motivated by targets and uncapped commission structures.
